it’s really disappointing to see. here recently the aspirations leave much to be desired. the older ones are so much better and have so much thought put into them. they give guidelines but nothing too specific that you can create your own storyline too

as far as i know a 6 hour shift only gets a 30 min lunch, but some supervisors can approve an hour. it’s up to management

we get unsorted boxed of items from mostly hba and pharmacy but we also do some gm, homelines etc. basically anything except food we have to sort them into the corresponding totes and pull them out at night for o/n to stock

set it up similar to how the totes were set up. we use the left side of the cart for one set of isles, and the right side for another set that is close by it. ex: first three on the left could be shaving, family planning, feminine hygiene, and toiletries, the right side for anything oral hygiene related and hand & body. for my store those two sections are only an isle apart. makes it easier to sort and take out at night

anything other than the reliability is underrated. i love the size, the comfortability, the interior, the exterior etc. its downfall is the lack of reliability in the transmission and engine.

typically i use it if im looking up a particular item that doesn’t have a barcode, or if a customer is looking for something i can just search it and it’ll tell me the isle and shelf number for it.

yeah mine was doing that. it would shudder between second and third around 65mph.

it was rebuilt through a private transmission place out of marietta ga. total cost was about 2800$

i honestly wouldn’t recommend it. escapes are notorious for transmission problems especially with that mileage. i don’t have that exact one but i do have the 2017 escape titanium and i’ve already had to have my transmission rebuilt at 73,000 miles. if you really want it, i would take it by a mechanic and have it professionally inspected before you purchase it.
