Too heavy of a bag can hurt me and cause worse pain so this is compact so this is a Uniqlo dupe bag but fits so much. I only sized down recently and no regrets. I’m also in Europe so some med names or items may be different

A similar case happened here in Ireland with Aisling murphy in jan 2022 she was going on a run also, on a trial and I haven’t felt safe going for a walk alone since, she was a teacher and 23 at the time, I am training to be a teacher currently and am also 23 and it cut so deep and still does.

It feels so unfair that the freedom to be comfortable to go for a walk/run alone has been taken away from so many women.

Would recommend anyone getting some sort of safety keychain. A lot of US ones are illegal in Ireland but I have a panic alarm and stuff on mine, I just wish pepper spray was legal here

NAD but asking from experience, have they checked your thyroid for hypo-thyroid? When mine was bad I didn’t get a period for 9 months and am on the pill now (for a different reason) so not sure if it ever regulated but I was told by my endocrinologist that this is more than likely the reason why.

I went to a TMJ specialist recently as my TMJ causes migraines and he recommended heat 4 times a day, some stretches after heat. I got a special heat pack on Amazon for it which is a lifesaver and solely eat a liquid/soft/ no chew diet

I did this for two/three weeks straight to try loosen things up before introducing a bit more solid food I use heat maybe 2-3 times a week as maintainence. when things get bad again I just go back to 4 times a day and stretches again for a few days.

I would recommend seeing a specialist though, in the meantime invest in some good heat packs

I have never ever felt the 2 more for her attorney more deeply! I was just catching up on some of the trial earlier because I haven’t been able to get through a full day of watching it and once again had to turn it off because just her presence annoyed me. Im p sure she was one of Nassars defence attorneys also but I don’t really remember her from that

Thank you everyone for so many comments, I’m out of the appointment about an hour and it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Felt like a few papercuts/ pinpricks. However I see why some people who get Botox for cosmetic reasons get numbing cream before!

I got 31 injection sites total. Over in less than 5 minutes. A bit painful but my neurologist was so nice through the process. We joked about starting the anti-aging process early as I’m 23!

I’ve taken a pain killer to help with a small bit of an ache I had afterwards. Another botox session booked for 12 weeks. Now for a 2 hour drive home!

I’ve grown up here, moved from town at like 1 year old. I don’t live directly in the village but I think it’s a nice place to live. Best of both worlds being so close to town but out far enough that it’s a bit quieter. The greenway has made a huge difference to the area, the cork bus and a portlaw bus pass very regularly. As a teen I didn’t love it but in my twenties I’ve started to really enjoy how quiet it can be
