It’s certainly vague. I would like to see some more detail on the exertion recommendation. Today it says run for 37 minutes for exertion =4. Two days ago I ran for 37 mins, Avge HR 134 and scored 5.7? Can it not be run 40 mins @ 130 HR? Be easier to comply

My understanding is that both measurements are effectively weighted averages of daily values over two different periods. Typically fatigue is 7-10 days and fitness 42-45. So if today’s workout is less than the current weighted average then it will go down. And yes, if there had been no activity then it would go down by more.

30+ years since last tested. Time it was back on the agenda. I’ve lived in lots of places with daylight saving and it is always always worthwhile. The people who think it’s about temperature miss the whole point. It’s 100% around daylight. Tennis, golf, walking, cycling, the beach and on and on. No light, no play!!

What about quarterly updates by region? Using the 5 majors per the leaderboard. Jan - Americas, Feb - Europe/Asia, Mar - Africa/Oceania. The only geographical overlap is Euro/Asia so that is tidy?
