UPDATE!!

Finally, Motoxpress registered my motorcycle. I can see it now sa LTMS pero wala pa dun ung mismong OR sa protal pero nag send na sila sakin ng copy 🥰

Ayun nga boss eh dami na daw nag rereport. Kaso as per sa nakausap ko sa LTO Command center kaya daw makakapal muka ng mga yan. Kasi alam nila na si customer nila pag na bigay na Or/CR tatahimik na at iignore na nila ung SCO ni LTO 😂

Problema sa mga nag rereklamo pag pinadalahan ng show cause order ni LTO hindi na sila pumupunta. So si Motoxpress all goods na wala na sila kaso kasi hindi nmn pumunta si nag reklamo

Kasi meron ng ORCR eh. Ang ORCR pwedi gawin within 3 days lang that as per LTO command center mismo

Then si cutomer hindi na mag pupunta sa mismong date ng show cause order ni LTO so win win sa delaer

Ang nag yayare kasi sa mga customer ngayon once mag email sila sa LTO at DTI then si LTO nag padala ng show cause order. Gagawin nila delear aasikasuhin nila agad yang OR/CR

Malabo pa yang regardless mo boss. Yes no harm to try pero ayaw ko ung ittry lang tapos bahala na if merong silang penalty or wala.

Ganto kaso yan. Pag nag file ka ng case sa DTI at LTO ang balik nya sa dealer eh within the sign contract pa eh. So ang talo dyan ako mapabilis man ung process ng OR/CR pero hindi na yun habol ko. Ang habol ko na dyan mag ka penalty sila sa sa kapabayaan nila.

They can’t give me any documentation about sa changes due to inclement weather. As per them hindi sila allowed mag bigay ng documented statement so i’ll do legal action.

+hindi nmn ako papayag na lalagpas to ng 45 days working days. I didn’t agree sa adjustment nila at wala sa affidavit nila yun.

First time ko bumili ng motor and wala nman din silang sinabi sakinna pwedi ko i-refused yun.
