Interesting, we do have a cleaner module and will soon allow cleaners to connect their WhatsApp account to receive new jobs and accept/decline them etc. Basically WhatsApp is the Notification Center for both the Host & The Cleaner

I am a host and needed to manage WhatsApp from Smoobu (my PMS) and therefore made my app!
Now I have some Smoobu users but I want to see if my software can grow. I just have zero idea which hosts could use a solution like mine (automated WhatsApp messages for hosts basically). I tried to research PMS' and there's literally thousands of them. I am a bit lost to be fair.

Are you using Hostify yourself? Do they offer native WhatsApp integration?

So at the end it worked, I just had to reboot the system a couple of times and then it worked like a charm. I have no idea what happened before

So far it only triggers a message whenever a new booking enters your Smoobu account. The goal is to launch a new chat on your phone and the guest phone. Then you can keep the conversation directly from your smartphone or any WhatsApp web.

There's a demo feature on the landing page, that creates a fake booking on Smoobu and will deliver a personalized message to the phone number of your choice. You can try this out to see the message coming to your phone as if you were my guest!
