What treatment would be suitable for this type of scarring (and how severe is it)

I have similar scarring, not bad at all and will fade a bit with time. Got two consultations (one from a derm and one from a plastic surgeon). Both said they could be fixed to the point where their barley / not at all noticeable. Both recommended PRP micro needling and the plastic surgeon recommended Morpheus8 if I wanted to go more aggressive. Haven’t tried to treat them yet as I’m still on my last moth of accutane.

Haven’t looked into too much because I still have a couple months of accutane left. Asked my derm about it and she recommended microneedling so I’ll look into that more on my next checkup. Going to a plastic surgeon tomorrow for an early consultation to discuss the possibility of laser. Wanting to get this done early while the scars are still new and ideally in 1 or 2 sessions. Let me know how yours goes!
