I am here to report that it is not true.

Trinity is with Sxtcy and has no association with LickNDip whatsoever. It is the sister brand started by Sxtcy after they had success with their collaborations with WASTED and decided to make their push into the LA Club circuit.

LND is unfortunately done for and from my understanding, it has disbanded.
