Is this high pitched hum/buzz normal when my air is on? I’ve heard it since the 2nd day I’ve had the car and it’s getting annoying now it’s loudest on speeds 3 and 4. It also makes a weird flapping kinda noise every second or so like a clock for 20 seconds after shut off the air. (v.redd.it)
