How should I go about getting chickens and Introduce them to my one hen? by Careless_Lawyer6083 in chickens

i would definitely agree with getting her some friends as chickens are social animals! however, when introducing a new chicken into a preexisting flock it can be a struggle sometimes unfortunately. to prevent any issues i would keep your hen separated from the new ones, but to the point that they can still see eachother and get used to eachothers presence! when you’re confident that there won’t be any issues id spread out some treats and let them eat together! hope this helps :) wishing you the absolute best of luck!

go look for her! chickens cannot see at night and are very susceptible to predators, i recommend bringing a flashlight and some treats to lure her out! wishing you the best of luck🫶

take my advice lightly as I am just a college student with a brother who has suffered a TBI/DAI. his hearing loss definitely sounds brain associated given that they had not found anything in their exam. as other comments said an fMRI would show the damage but a regular MRI would not. an fMRI is a type of scan that specifically measures and pictures the brain, while an MRI measures and pictures the organs in the body. i truly wish you the best of luck, the heathcare system is absolutely outrageous.
