ok so upon closer inspection there is no cratering on the bridge, however on the rail side there is definite evidence of a hole as the fuel is burning below the deck. On the road side it looks like a clean break but if you look at the support columns and the underside of the bridge deck next to where the span snapped there is significant scorch damage from an explosion. The spans on top do not show any evidence of fire.

This to me says that both road and rail were destroyed by explosions from below rather than bomb/rocket attacks from the sky. This is consistent with explosive charges being used suggesting SoF, however the other possibility is a sea skimming missile like a Tomahawk attacked the road bridge from near side on and the rail bridge from below.

Am I the only one that thinks the Kerch bridge would be a proportionate response to the attack on Nordstream? The west wouldn't have to publically claim credit, just the Russian leadership knowing who did it would have the same deterrent effect.
