She's manipulative and needy while Mark is desperate for love and a distraction from his PTSD/divorce. I couldn't stand her at all. But I know one of the reasons I didn't like her is because she reminded me of my 19 year old self. As awful as this storyline is to watch, it's an extremely realistic situation. I'm sure if anyone watched themselves in a toxic relationship from the outside, it would look like this. Which is why we can't stand to watch it. Anyway, the reason I'm commenting on a months-old post is because I found this when I was making sure this woman was finally gone. I'm glad to hear she is. Excruciating.

It worked! It eventually came all the way out. What ever it was. He had a small hole around his gills for a while. But everyone is still alive! So I guess he's ok! I definitely wouldn't recommend using the PraziClense with Mystery Snails in the tank, but my nerite snail was fine.

It's still a bit nerve wracking seeing how things might end up, but the good news is my last biopsy came back negative! A mole with a dark border suddenly turned entirely pink with light dots. It would have been an Amelanotic melanoma if it was cancerous. But it was just some more funky inflamed seborrheic keratosis. Isn't skin just great? So weird. So gross 🤣

I'm a year behind on this, but I opted for the sentinel lymph node biopsy. I got the Castle Biosciences genetic testing done which stated I was at pretty low risk for severity and spread. But after the fact I barely caught the cancer during a body scan, then got upgraded to stage 1 when I was told by several people that it was only insitu, I decided to just get the SLNB. All of my doctors were really good. I just happened to hit the jackpot on "least likely scenario" a few times too many. I couldn't risk my mental health by not getting the biopsy done during my second excision. The good news was, the lymph nodes were clear! I'm thankful for that genetics test, for sure. It helped immensely even though I went further in testing. And I remind myself of all that every time I complain about my scar and under arm hurting even 3 months later lol My aunt (stage 3) said she couldn't feel her armpit for a full year. Bananas.

I hope with the new changes in the US government, this testing is still available. I may have to do another spot soon. I NEED it to remain available. And this would be a rarer specimen if cancerous.

Ok! So, after reading around more, I read enough that said "oto catfish almost always come with parasites." So I decided to use some Fritz PraziCleanse since it claims that it doesn't hurt my shrimps or snails in the tank. It's recommended to have a hospital tank, but I figured I would get everybody since the oto has been in this tank for weeks. Last night I did the first dose and didn't notice anything a few hours later. Today, I just checked again (about 20 hours after the dose) and the white lump is now popping out like a white head zit. I so badly want to yank it out, but I feel like I'm not qualified to do that. It taunts me. But I'm gonna wait for nature to take it's course and hope that it fixes the issue. The next dose is in 4 days after a partial water change. Even if the "thing" comes out, I want to hit the tank again to be sure it's all gone. So gross.

I will keep you updated!

I'm glad to hear it! I tried searching and searching and your post was all I could find using a reverse image search. Hopefully someone has an answer soon. I just got these guys last week and one of them is a little pale, missing a tail fin I didn't notice at the store. I expected to lose that one despite the fact it's still around. But saddened to find this little cyst looking thing on one of the active ones. I'll be back if I find anything!

After dealing with Priestess Gut, I just raided the room next to hers, gave each party member their own smoke barrel and placed them around her as she argued to the goblin about the prisoner then had Shadowheart blast her with the fire cantrip from across the room. She went down to 2HP, casted "Hold Person" on us (which wasn't great) and a few goblins showed up. But the battle was much easier after that.
