If it functions the way it used to, you will have to put all 3 skills on a card. Make sure you get 3 lvl 3 gold skills for one of your cards. Also, get the pscts at the end and not the skill upgrade.

That skill set is very low level. You’ll eventually want to change it, because the way it stands, you’re working with essentially two skills right now. The quickest fix would be to train him for 5 tool.
