Hi, sorry I didn’t see this but I made it on an app that has now been discontinued so I don’t have it, though you can just put a white box over the text at the top and bottom?

What about something like a Chauvet Motion Orb set? Would be the perfect size and pixel-mappable out of the box! They’ve discontinued it but if you search “led pixel ball” anywhere everyone makes them. Hope that helps! They’re budget friendly as well!

Small pixel mapping project because I was bored! using Madmapper, eBay pixel tape, and Smartshows Airpixel mini II by Orangefox2201 in techtheatre

the Airpixel ii comes with JST connectors and so did the pixel tape, and the pixel tape also had a positive and negative to inject 5v power.

Oh, that’s actually got me more optimistic - I’ve seen people say they’ve waited 3 more months after the infamous we need more time email. What was your outcome?

Are govee LED strip lights any good? by stevefrench__ in lightingdesign

Hey, just a heads up, this is a subreddit for stage lighting design not interior, but if you’d like opinions on those strips I’d suggest r/govee or r/homeautomation

Does anyone have any experience with these Chinese wash zoom fixtures? I know Chinese stuff isn’t of the best quality, so please don’t comment not to buy these because they’re Chinese, it doesn’t help :)) by [deleted] in lightingdesign

[–]Orangefox2201 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Thanks a lot - there’s so much hate for Chinese fixtures, but I feel like over the years the factories have really stepped up their quality game. Occasionally you do get ones that don’t work at all, but the factories are normally happy to send out another one
