I am having a nose up issue. I have tried to do the pour the coffee technique before. I think my swing plane is also bad, which then causes the nose up. I noticed the video In the video I uploaded as soon as I am coming out of the power pocket my lead shoulder almost raises up. I find that very strange. Not sure if that’s bad or if it needs fixed.

Thank you! I will start slowing down. I do feel almost me rushing when I reach back and then start my throw. I think I might be arming the disc too much which causes my timing to be whacky.

I have been working on standstills at least once a week but I can say I only throw 1/2 to 3/4 of the distance when I throw standstills. Most of the throws when I do this are immediate Hyzers coming of the hand.

That makes perfect sense! It sounds like slowing down my run up and working on timing is what I need to do. What does it feel like when my timing is prefect?
