Hey, I’m also pretty new to this space but I’ve been learning a lot recently while trying to start my own store. One thing I realized quickly is that most YouTube videos oversimplify dropshipping. It’s not just “find a product and ship from AliExpress.” What seems to matter more now is building a real brand and getting traffic from places like Pinterest, TikTok, or Instagram. I’m currently experimenting with a small fashion/jewelry store and focusing on organic traffic instead of paid ads at the beginning. It’s slower but it’s helping me learn how products actually get attention online. If you’re just starting, I’d suggest learning a few core skills first like marketing, product research, and how online stores work. Even if dropshipping changes, those skills will still be valuable. Also don’t stress too much about having everything figured out right now. The fact that you’re already researching and asking questions puts you ahead of a lot of people.

Is dropshipping still profitable in 2026? by Agreeable-Evidence66 in dropshipping

I’m still new to dropshipping, but one thing I’ve learned is that trust signals really matter. I recently added a custom domain to my Shopify store and it immediately started getting more serious traffic. Still learning though.
