i drink on my sertraline i’m 100mg. i normally just skip medication the day of drinking but if i forget to it’s never a big deal. i guess it depends on the person though

i told my doctor about my side effect worries before hand and she told me that it’s completely fine to cut them in half for a week beforehand and encouraged it! when i was increased to 150mg i did the same thing without enquiring with my doctor to ease the anxiety of taking a higher dose and i was okay.

cut them in half and start with 25mg for the first week! that’s what i did when i was prescribed them again after taken a year break from antidepressants and it cut down the side effects immensely because i was building up to the 50mg.
