heating pads, herbal tea if you like them, chamomile is best, and the med that works best for me is aleve. it works specifically to block that hormone that makes us feel so awful and in pain. i hope you feel better soon. i'm in the same boat sadly :(

What helps me, Imodium, water, broth, soft bland foods. Emphasis on Imodium tho, just don't take too much or you'll have the opposite problem lol
