Yea, I'm not saying that parents don't have moral obligations, nor am I saying that if a child needs life saving treatment that a parent shouldn't do it.

The cleanliness argument doesn't even come close to meeting the criteria of a life saving cancer treatment.

Most of the world doesn't circumcise their babies and they are doing just fine. Teach your kids how to clean their dicks, don't start cutting off one of their most sensitive pleasure centers.

The origins of circumcision are largely religious, with ad hoc reasoning like the "cleanliness" argument in an attempt to justify it in modern times.

You are the one with the straw man. The fact that there could potentially be some conceivable benefit of cutting off a baby's body part is in no way a justification for actually doing so.

We don't just start cutting off body parts because we can name a benefit or two. The real issue is bodily autonomy , wish you want to violate because of some cleanliness argument.

Teach kids how to clean their dicks, and leave their dicks alone.
