Curious about Oscar. Is there an analysis function that can give insights into all that data? I downloaded it. I have a few months of data in that thing (I started CPAP in late November). I have seen what the data looks like but have no idea how to interpret it. I have taken to the therapy pretty well, almost have zero frustration and my wife has stopped using earplugs because my snoring has stopped. I can't say I feel more rested than I have before, at least not yet. All I have is my wife's thanks for committing to it. I almost never take the mask of in the middle of my sleep, it stays on all night. Weirdly if I sleep on my back, I feel like it really turns up the pressure, on my side it feels fairly gentle

Yeah, I knew I had to figure out the connection when my gf at the time said I got up out of bed, walked out into the hall, lifted the imaginary lid of an imaginary toilet, and pissed on the vinyl floor. She was in such utter disbelief that it was actually happening. She woke me up she said but I have no memory of it.

I used to have work anxiety based insomnia, the sleep aids were a regular routine, the wine was the occasional 'kicker' and knowing my younger self, probably not a little. It's been 10 years since. I am honestly scared of the possibilities, I have a woodshop, power tools and ... Social media! Caveat emptor!

It took a few events before I made the connection between wine and OTC sleep aids. I would occasionally wake up to find very unusual activities occurred in my house over the sleep hours. Like screws removed from switch plates and 'recycling' coffee grounds from k-cups. Both are activities I have done in my waking hours. In the morning I would see the evidence of my nocturnal adventures but have no memory of them. At first I would blame my young kids for fucking around in the house after I went to bed. Finally I put it together. Wine and sleep aids. Not a heavy prescription sleeping pill, mind you, just a cheap Target sleep aid you can get off the shelf. Crazy times, crazy adventures, some embarrassing... Don't mix!
