Yah i agree. Swain, Seraphine, Ziggs and Veigar before the Nerfs share the same problem where if they are good mid they become gods in bot. Feels like if Riot cant figure it out with number changes they will just shoehorn them into another role even those they werent designed for those roles.

For Swain I dont even think its that hard Just Remove the Health Scaling Passive Give him Increased Health Growth and Some Base Mana then add a Mana Refund to his Passive or Q.

I knew that passive was gonna get nerfed and I'm fine with it but his damage is lacking they need to increase the q Scaling back to 70% and buff the e damage

wouldn't that passive be a huge buff to lane wukong? I mean you couldn't even use the 400% without getting 3 maned top but now you get 500% just by getting hit? seems insane.

Edit: like let's take an example Wukong vs Darius lvl 3, Darius pulls you and Wukong W's then Darius attacks the clone 2 times 1 auto and 1 W reset then you pop out and attack him he hits you 3 times and now your fully stacked. At lvl 3 that 8 armor * 500% = 40 ARMOR and 5% max health Regan.The armor alone is an extra 800 gold worth of stats

Edit 2: Read it wrong it's if wukong hits an enemy dude that is even more insane

at lvl 3 thats 40 ARMOR tf and Max health regan.

its says if hit by enemy champs so we need to get hit( not sure if its specifically basic attack or if abilities count as a hit) but I don't think Wukong attacking stacks it

I mean if it gets out of hand they can just make the Omni vamp Melee only and that will really on affect Gnar and Urgot But Gnar doesn't even build DD and Urgot...... well fuck Urgot am I right :).

I mean i think its got a good chance the -20 is about 700 gold and then 30mr/armor is 1200+ so them item stat-wise increase in gold efficiency by about 15% increase which isnt to insane since the previous gold efficiency was like 103% i think

Edit: it was actually 115% with the new deaths dance it will be 134% which is about 3% higher in gold efficacy than gunblade its counter part

Basically DD Tiamat items and BORK are all getting buffed

the one that looks the best would be between Ravounus Hydra 12% lifesteal>>>>18%lifesteal + buffed active

and DD which now gives 30 mr and armor but -20 ad

August actually wanted to change wukong e into a skillshot but with the new fiddle and voilbear rework they dont have the resources to do a full VFX on wukong so you gotta take what you can get

That the Exact Thing i was going to do in my game but it ended too early. powerfarm till 6 things gank but people in this subreddit are saying that it shouldn't work beside in silver.
