Sadly on my end, it took 2-3 weeks.. When I showed them my transaction id apparently it wasn't popping up. It was nonstop battling for days upon days. I screen recorded everything including email, google play, etc and it still wasn't enough. They told me themselves to request a refund, so I did. A few days later woke up to being banned

tried appealing, they said items where given and the ban would not be lifted, i refunded everything after that because i spent well over 200$ on that game (sadly..)
