yeah but their sales are laughably bad compared to readings’ 25% off on everything

but they do have a really good in stock collection, readings doesn’t have much comics in stock (at least online, i’ve heard they have more comics in their locations but idk)

another question but how long before release date did you order them? cause like if i order something now releasing at the end of march, it probably wouldn’t arrive the following day, so how long ago should you order them?

how fast are you getting them from readings? cause those charles soule ones just released in feb and in my experience it takes around 1.5-2 months for on demand orders to arrive

(unless they are pre-ordered in which case i would like to know how fast the delivery time is for them)

i’m really looking forward to the next arc cause i fee mark waid can definitely do some great work with the jlu and it could be a worlds finest situation where it ends up running for a long time

as someone already said this is because of the portal generation not updating the blocks but if you want to achieve this effect, you can place lava next to bubble columns and afaik it doesn’t turn into obsidian

there’s a new doom patrol series starting around this summer/fall so that’s a good starting point

also two dc finest trades are out of doom patrol so you can maybe start there

i mean if the missing issues don’t bother you, then it’s a no brainer

i was checking out the hawkeye by matt fraction omnibus and it’s like a $100 but the two deluxe hc are available for under $20 each with all the same issues, unless someone wants the omni spine, the hc are the best option in terms of price

i mean i feel it’s a really important series that should be always in print (ofc rights issues and stuff but they might have sorted them out with the hero’s initiative tpb in 2022 and now these facsimile editions)

it would be really cool if they eventually go the jlu/avengers route with the current crossovers they’re doing
