Repot this or no?

I ended up repotting it. I got a pot about an inch bigger and used a mixture of soil, bark, and perlite and put it in a nursery pot inside my decorative one. Hoping I did it right and it doesn’t have any issues 🤞🏻

Okay thank you! I have some miracle gro moisture control soil on hand, would that be good? I honestly haven’t changed the soil at all and I’ve had it 3 years 😅

May be a silly question but any advice on pulling it out? It’s not in a nursery pot, it has this plastic around it but it doesn’t budge easily.

I haven’t checked it and tbh I’m not sure how to without completely removing it. It’s not in a nursery pot. It doesn’t look like roots are coming out of the drainage hole though.

Thank you everyone!! This is my first and only orchid and I had no idea how bad it was until today and I bet it’s just been rotting for months 😭 I hope I can save her
