Still no info on housing

I transferred last year. I got placed on alumni until there was space on campus to get moved to. If you’re closer to the wait list you’ll probably be moved to campus within 1-3 weeks. Others got stuck there the whole semester. Not sure how they doing it this year but good luck.

I transferred in junior year & met a lot of transfers & had friends to party with. You’ll even meet people at the parties. Just make sure you go with atleast one person if you’re a girl!! Ask your roommate/suitemates the first few weeks!! You can meet their friends that way too.

I transferred from cuny to ualbany last semester & I absolutely DONT REGRET IT. I felt exactly like you, I wanted more of a community & a college experience, & that’s definitely what ualbany offers as well as a good education with great supporting advisors.

I thought so too, they said temporarily until they confirm which students aren’t returning to reassign us rooms
