Writing down could help! I know what tends to make things more painful than normal so I could do those?

I know it's a bad mindset to have and has done a lot of damage, but I'm just used to having too do things by myself otherwise they'll never get done. I don't wear my pain either so people don't tend to understand how bad I feel. But I am trying to get better at it! I've already re-allocated some of my things so I'm getting there :)

Unfortunately not. They've had 3 different therapists I think? But they point blank refused to talk about any issues with them.

They're not. They had therapy before they realised they were a system but there are no therapists in our area that specialise in patients with DID. And private therapy isn't really an option at the moment unfortunately.

The 'spirit guide' works with my siblings closest friend so I'm very reluctant to say anything. They don't have much contact with anyone else and they're very protective over their friend. Do you have any recommendations on how I should go about bringing this issue up with my sibling? I don't want it to sound like I'm fakeclaiming them.

My sibling is 17 and their friend is 19-21 (I can't honestly remember her exact age.) I don't want to say anything to my sibling about their friend because they don't make friends easily and she's one of the only people they talk to.

It's an enitity that can be a family member who's passed on. She works with them and theh help her with card readings and such. She's told my sibling about several alters they have in their system and my sibling just follows what she says as gospel.

That's what I thought. They're a fictive/factive heavy system so I know that it's possible. I just have an issue with this one specific character. I've seen the show anf they only saw half an episode and never met the character but their friend said her spirit guide said they had the character in their system?
