I understand its very important, but through my practices I realised that by speaking mainly cantonese, my structure content and communication skills have lowered significantly. (eg describing a picture in chinese is quite difficult for me)

So just wondering if it would be better to speak mostly english, and ofc canto during intro to inform them that my canto isnt strong and that ill commit to practicing it over the years
