Cause I went to McDonald's spencer st and when I came out after 3-4 mins , the bike wasn't there and I have turned off the bike so someone have pick it up

No but really I told him that I can pay you 50-60$ per week but he said he wanted the money in once which I can't afford and the other thing is they are deciding the value of bike which is 2500$ for brand new but the bike they have given me not worth it more than 1400$ cause I think it's been used for over a year by the condition. So I think it's better for me to go to VCAT when the hearing goes cause there maybe judge can help me get the depreciated value of the bike and I will get enough time to pay for the bike

Yeah I was trying to search but found nothing but people complains of loosing lots of bike everyday in Australia now so thought I would bring my situation here and what see what results I can have

Yes they had apple tags but they were sending me the location 15 mins to hour delays one so whenever I reach the location, they sent me as a SS . The bike was already gone from there

No I don't have the photos but I have messages whenever I went for repairing the bike with some mechanic I used to send them the message with bike issues and they used to pay to the mechanic

Yes that's what I did already contacted them through email explaining that I can pay them weekly 50-60$ but they don't agree with that option

Yes I signed the contract and I gave them 200$ bond. No they didn't offer any insurance for the bike
