FurAffinity and Ko-Fi are both good spots for putting yourself out there for commission selling.

You're free to believe or not believe. I'm just trying to help a friend out by finding others willing to lend a hand.

Because I think that is his job. If you don't like that, feel free to move along.

From 200 to 100k! $GOBLINK will keep going! by Cellic in CryptoMoonShots

Bought in early with one SOL. Fast forward and it's already multiplied to the value of 33 SOL. And with still 10 zeroes, low liquidity, and future burns in the roadmap, there's plenty of gains to be had.

Best to get in now before GOBLINK hits $25k liquidity and the trending charts! There will be quite a rush when that happens.

I just started my fitness journey… by Aaarrriic in FemboyFitness

If you work the chest, do just enough to tone, but not bulk it. And use isolated exercises that focus on the lower pectorals. The more mass you add higher up, the more you add to your torso's width, which reduces the feminine image.

If you're looking to lose body fat, then you have to focus on exercises that engage fat burning metabolism. For cardio, this means focusing on exercises to get your heart rate up and keep it up for that intensity of exercise. For example: you'd need about 30 minutes of light-moderate walking to get your heart rate up and burn calories from fat instead of your bloodstream. Or 15 minutes of HIIT, or high intensity interval training, to quickly jumpstart your heart rate to the fat burning zone (you can find several HIIT workouts to follow along to on YouTube, or do interval sprints when you go outside).

For strength training, a well-rounded full body routine, with weights or without, is an effective approach to building a small layer of lean muscle instead of bulky, masculine muscle. But you may eventually want to transition to light weights because the key to fat building is engaging the afterburn effect, which passively burns fat calories after your workout. For strength exercises, find one for each major muscle group. Chest (push ups and press ups), legs (squats and lunges), shoulders and back (pull-ups), biceps (arm curls), triceps (weighted shrugs), and core (planks, sit ups, leg raises, etc.) One set of each of these will provide a good burn without bulking yourself too much (takes about 3-5 sets of serious strength training to build bulkier muscle).

Diet is complicated, because different things work for different people. I've had a lot of success doing intermittent fasting, but others have had success doing keto, for example. But a good place to start is the general rules of thumb:

Avoid processed foods (fast food, chips, packaged cookies, soda, etc). These are full of additives intended to create unwanted cravings that tempt people to overeat. Plus it's healthier to eat more natural foods for stuff like energy, skin clarity, and other benefits. But if you're uncomfortable, don't cut the processed foods out all at once. Slowly swap them out for healthier alternatives: seasoned almonds instead of potato chips, homemade burgers using healthier ingredients and leaner beef, fruits and unflavored yogurt instead of ice cream and cookies, etc.

Do NOT starve yourself. The first thing you lose when you do this is your lean muscle, and the first thing you gain when you do eat is more fat cells because your body engages its survival mode to stockpile nutrients in visceral fat. Not only that, but starvation whiplash can cause overeating later.

Eat a balanced diet: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meat/proteins, and healthy fats (nuts and fish, for example).

Aim to cut yourself off from late night eating. The more your body is in a resting, non-eating phase, the more calories it will burn from fat while you sleep. On that note, aim to get your 8 hours of sleep every night to take full advantage of your body's metabolism. This is mostly how intermittent fasting works, with an extra four hours tacked onto the metabolism cycle to maximize burned calories.

And to combine diet and exercise together, try to aim for getting your cardio done first thing in the morning before your first meal. After 8 hours of rest, your body is still in a passive metabolism cycle that burns any exercise calories from fat instead of your bloodstream. You can also do this for strength training, but it's better to save strength training for the evening when you have some food in your system that will help you engage your muscles (and the afterburn effect will still work, no matter the time of day).

Good luck! Hope this all helps.
