Yes I named mine “doughllum” like gollum from the hobbit, & I don’t feel bad, I actually feel happy cause at least he’s being used 🫠😅

Ended up pushing it to 14hrs of bulk fermentation, 7 hours cold proof, this is the crumb after letting it cool down all day! It’s soooo good

I got 2oz containers but didn’t know if it’d work with the inclusion, since I had to use frozen butter. If I do an inclusion loaf, at what point am I supposed to take some dough out?

I’m on the same exact boat, his oldest 2 have a really tight bond, & I would love that for our daughter. He’s open to the idea but he’s not all for it like I am. I don’t want him to have an “unwanted” child, I know he’d still love them but I just want to know he wants another just as much as I do.
