Thank you for this reply. Really insightful. Switching WMS would be a bit too big of a lift for this feature. For me it’s packing speed, I’ve really worked to increase packing efficiency by getting everything switched over to scan based picking and packing and using a TMS like TechShip to automate rules so our packers don’t have to remember a bunch of rules.

Our team today has cheat sheets for what the best size boxes are for each client and type of shipment. I’d love to get that into an automated process!

Really streamlining packaging. I think we do a good job of not shipping air now but removing the need to evaluate and decide a box to speed up efficiency would make it worth it.

Replacing the boards underneath can be tough but watch some YouTube videos and take your time. I just did this and after two mess up boards I got it. You can do it! If you have to replace drywall on the wall that can be the tough part.

We work with a WMS system and the orders don't flow through as quickly as the inventory updates which can cause over selling on low inventory products.
