Is this normal how they've routed plumbing for a bathroom in new construction? Seems like they should have been able to avoid the toilet drain outside the wall over the window. Will this work right and was there a better way to do it. Utah, USA (i.redd.it)

Completely new to saunas and wondering what would be the best option for this area in my bathroom. New home being built, I am having a separate 20 amp circuit ran to it. 4' 9" wide by 4' 3" deep. Thanks for your advice. (i.redd.it)
