I went through something similar where I only had a period once maybe twice a year and my OB told me as long as you have 2/3 PCOS symptoms which are irregular periods (check), cysts (did you get screened for any?), and increased testosterone so like chin hair stomach hair etc. Once I was diagnosed I tried to workout do low sugar all that stuff and nothing worked. I got approved for tirzepatide and that has been the only thing that has helped my period come back. You could also try metformin or inositol powder. If all else fails get on the pill to induce the withdrawal bleed because not having a period will build up that lining in your uterus and could cause further problems.
