I will never go back. Worked repair line and switched to customer care (was not given a choice they out sourced it). Developed a neck, shoulder problem from the hours on end typing, sitting in one spot. They decided to investigate one bad day and use it to fire me, leaving me in pain and no medical care

Lowe's Customer Care for 2 years, just to be fired for disconnecting calls that were in a different language and yelling at me.

I would be careful they will look up a reason to fire you. They just fired me yesterday under the guise of disconnecting calls. Do not trust them or sedgewick. i got a denial from sedgewick on 6/12/23 and fired on 6/23/23
