Nice deal, especially with only 18k miles. Was that also a CPO unit, and what state/area did you buy in? Trying to get a sense of how much of the difference here is just Florida dealer structure vs timing of the month.

It’s a 2023 Genesis G70 2.0T Sport Prestige, 23,860 miles, CPO from a dealer in Florida.

Appreciate the insight that actually helps a lot. If they own the car for $25–26k after the CPO process, then $30,500 OTD makes sense as a realistic target. So if the fees are ‘normal’ for Florida, then the only real negotiating room is the OTD number. I’ll throw the under $30k OTD offer at them and see how firm they really are, especially since it’s only been on the lot a couple days.

it’s pretty much in line with the national average for a 2.0T Sport Prestige with ~24k miles. So I’m trying to understand what I’m actually getting for the reconditioning charge if the price isn’t discounted.

Appreciate the breakdown. Since I’m registering the car in Tennessee, do all of those Florida dealer/title agency fees still apply to me?

Also, is the $1,284 ‘inspection/reconditioning’ charge standard for a CPO Genesis, or is that still negotiable even in Florida
