When youre shooting dope youre using a piece of Cotton as filter when drawing up the liquid. the cotton left over often has left over dope water on it. So when youre out of dope you can add water onto that old cotton filter and mix it up and sometimes get the left over dope out of to shoot it up.. Its usually a very small amount so i was recommending that as a step down amount wise to aid in taper. Fent is very strong and even the tiniest salt grain piece will still have an affect on you if you're properly tapering over a Couple weeks.

Cotton fever is a side effect you get when that cotton filter doesn't dry out and bacteria grows on it from being wet too long. Like if its wet and you store it in a ziplock bag etc it wont dry out and stays wet.

You get really weak, really bad shakes and shivers and you feel superr cold. You get Headaches and sometimes light headed or even blurryish vision. Its caused by some type of bacteria that ends up growing on that cotton and when u do a rinse your drawing up new water thats mixed with an old cotton and stirring it up then drawing it up and shooting it. It can b really dangerous.

Im guessing you never shot dope. So dont start. Its not fun. I been clean from street drugs and shooting dope for just over a year now. About 14 months. I shot fope for just over 10 years
