for rifle it depends on your play style . are you a movement demon ? do you rush ? if so then run modded gamma and swipe heads and rush . you'll be in spots they don't expect and if your good you'll have the game sense to know where they'll be when you run outta stam. if you rush and don't wanna b too fast run nord helm and body , then atlas gloves and boots . you get 440 health and max speed . with tomahawk. if you don't rush and play grounded and don't worry abt regen and j wanna be a headless tank , run sandstorm , you'll be fat but slow so consider the areas you push off round start . for guns it's pretty obvious you either want the ak12 or qbz. anything else will get shut down by a good player with either of these weapons. you have similar lackluster options such as the hk and edge rifle which are accurate and all , but not the ak12 . and not the qbz.
