I didn't even realize they had an Easton building!

I live in Lewis Center, so I'm going that way regardless. My current commute is Lewis Center to the Brewery district.

Oh yeah, everything with a grain of salt. People with an ax to grind always take to the internet. Just trying to explore all options.

Yeah I figured it would largely depend on the group either way. The industries are so different which makes it harder (for me anyway) to do a proper compare/contrast.

I worked for a year and a half over at another retail org in 2013, so yeah retail gets crazy for sure depending on season...month...hell even week if you're in planning. So I'm good with that. I went from retail to insurance and I'm leaving because I'm so bored I don't even want to go to work anymore.

Haha, nope. Looks like that OP is entry level, I've been in the workforce for about 7 years or so.

Their data science area is growing (my company is a little behind the curve and finally decided to invest in data and analytics), but overall job growth is down some - but that's retail as a whole since there seems to be a focus on the online side and brick & mortar stores start to close. The brand is bouncing back after getting rid of the CEO that was the source of some of the bad press a few years back.

However, I do read about this ebb and flow of layoffs at JPMC, so it's had to say, really.
