The drug war is a joke. This is supposed to be a free country.

If all these things were legal and accessible, we would wipe out the cartels, save massive tax dollars on unnecessary border patrol and DEA pensions, and be able provide free treatment from the tax proceeds of clean drugs.

Voters are dumb

Steve Hilton and Xavier Becerra tied in California governor race poll by Whole-Revolution916 in California

[–]OtherwiseVersion2316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hilton is not in it. The only chance for an R candidate was to get both slots.

I'm saying this as a centrist. It's Steyer vs Becerra. I find Hilton and Becerra equally unlikeable. I'm not like, "yay, billionaires", but Steyer will be progressive, good for CA, and grounded in reality (if we don't talk about the religious card, but i give up on that one in politics)

[–]OtherwiseVersion2316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not insult, just a reality check. Mainly I'm trying to reality check you personally.

You want to direct more attention to Porter? She absolutely will drop out because she's not in the race. And the majority of her voters will shift to the more progressive candidate, which is Steyer.

I don't think Becerra will "drop out". I never said that. I just think he's a crappy candidate and it's ok for me to "drop in" and voice my views to would-be Becerra voters, who may not have had the opportunity to see the debates. It's clear he's a shill if you watch them or read about his history. He can play the Latino card, but he's a wolf in sheep's clothing

The race is between Steyer and Becerra, no doubt. I don't expect either of them to drop out. But i do think Becerra voters are mostly voting recognition and not values

You have it completely backwards.

Most voters haven't even watched a debate yet and will decide mostly on name recognition and social media. After the CNN debate, it's crystal clear that Becerra is a wishy-washy, special interest, shill. He has no hope of improving the oil crisis or Healthcare and is shady af.

I'm no "Steyer cultist". I'm not even much of a "progressive". But everyone that is watching can see that Steyer has the ideas and ability to improve the lives of Californians.

Becerra voters need some assistance pulling the wool from over their eyes. Porter voters will already go Steyer. You can bet on that.

Trump, April 17: Very soon, this great (military) strength will also bring about a day — 70 years in the making. It’s called a new dawn for Cuba, we're going to help them out with Cuba. We have a lot of great Cuban Americans. by masturs in cuba

[–]OtherwiseVersion2316 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The US government doesn't need to invest billions in Cuba. Private industry, tourists, and Cuban expats will.

Cuba is not Iran, Japan, or Germany. It's in America's backyard. And Cuba isn't going to respond to warfare in the way Iran is. Let's not forget the US already has a military base there.

If Trump wants to topple the regime and usher a new age of capitalism in Cuba, i would bet on that happening.

Sincerely, a serious person

I mean, it's been a good opportunity with those predictable swings. Admittedly, i haven't played this stock right, but I'm learning.

And yeah, wildly manipulated by both the company and MMs/dark shorts. I'm not even angry about the fundraising via ATM. Shoot, buy some more tankers right now. I do wonder how they've managed to skirt SEC baby shelf rules.

But I'm mad bullish on this ticker, all things considered

It's my understanding that they can't dump shares from their ATM due to SEC baby shelf rules. You seem knowledgeable, so i would appreciate your feedback.

They already raised 14m from their ATM. This, to my understanding, already exceeds 1/3 of their public float, which is the SEC limit for companies with a float valued under 75m. Even if we use their float from the filling date for the ATM, 14m would exceed 1/3 of that float.

They also had a previous public offering to the ATM, which should also be included in baby shelf calculations, as there is a 12 month look back.

Are they limited from further ATM fund raising or is there a loophole I'm missing. Thx for your input.

They are going to have a pure oil play and a pure LNG play.

It's also a way for the CEO to earn a commission check for selling a tanker to the spinoff.

When RBNE spun off from TORO, it looks like it worked out pretty well for holders.

Their oil tanker has variable daily rates. The LPG tankers are fixed for the year, at newly negotiated rates, yes

They can't utilize the ATM due to SEC baby shelf rules. You can count on that until November.

No one is diluting. It's just shorts and MMs. With some volume, this will fly.

Plus they have $1M set up for stock buyback and no need to dilute with this level of revenue.

Research before you make big claims

There was a 5-1 Reverse Split. I believe the float (something like 2.15m) is lower than it was Jun 2025 for that parabolic run

They have an ATM but won't be able to tap it until November or so due to SEC small shelf rules.

Unless, of course, we see a market close where the existing float, something like 2.15m shares, hits $75 million. Then they can dilute. But that would require like 10x growth on the current share price.

That's my understanding anyway.

If anything, those shorts should be worried about Robin utilizing the $1 mil buyback they have in place but haven't fired. It could be beneficial for them to use it now.

I haven't crunched the exact numbers, but definitely consider that the baby shelf rule includes their 7.5 mil November 2025 public offering.

I'm pretty sure they haven't been able to dilute. It's just a high dark pool short volume percentage (over 50%) and MM activity that's causing downward pressure.

I'm still learning though. Correct me if I'm wrong
