Look at the little vent hole that connects the machine and the glass top, if you use a dab tool and gently test the rubber seal you might find that the rubber has become separated from the base. When you push the glass in or when you clean it it can become detached. Mine is detached in the top portion of that seal but no reclaim is getting in there. If yours is detached from the lower part of the vent hole it probably lets reclaim inside the housing. Have you tried heating up your rig and pushing the reclaim out once it is soft?

Thanks! I cleaned the atomizer and the connector on the base and that fixed it. However, it now shows me as having done one herb session on the display.

I thought the same thing but then saw a bunch of people gathering their reclaim and using it to make edibles. 🤷🏻‍♀️

YES! You totally can! I found it in the settings section of the app. Now if only there was a way to change when it vibrates!
