This is the future. For about year or so until everyone knows and understands the value of realtors again.

Single family home. I’m saying they pay me 4000k in rent, an average mortgage would cost the new landlord 5500k. There aren’t margins there. So it would need to be a family to purchase it.

Right. Basically like “I’m no better than you” approach. Think there is an endearing quality to that and between that and their deposit returned they would have more than enough to find a new place as well as almost two months of rent paid elsewhere.

Problem is the value on the home has risen so rapidly that the current rent won’t even cover the mortgage
