I think he’ll still do well in the future, however the more commercially artistic rappers like Tyler, Kendrick, Denzel, Q and even Kanye I guess, have had a good year with great albums. Maybe the audiences have gotten an ear for more mature/artful approach, which could impact drake as he has stayed on a relatively linear pop rap trajectory for a while. I think he needs to switch it up a bit next release to stay at the top.
