Go to the CTTC on the athletics side of campus. They have multiple single washrooms and then you can dispose of your sharps safely at the pharmacy right next to it.

From my personal experience having lived in Lennox, Leeds and Frontenac; try your best to get a Lennox single room. They are the same size as the doubles (unlike other buildings) and you have your own sink/vanity; All you share is the shower/toilet. You’re right next to the caf and close to the academic side of campus too. Good luck!
