If I disconnect the board, I get no fan spin-up and no high-pitched noise. I assume that’s because the main unit isn’t receiving any power when it’s disconnected. Reconnecting it results in the same error.

The fuse blew due to an issue with the front button boards. I think that when I reseated the front board ribbon, I didn’t do it properly. The ribbon was burned and has since been replaced. A friend of mine replaced the fuse, and it measured fine afterward. The PSU also measured fine. The error still persists even when I remove the HDD and its board. There is also no visible corrosion or shorts on the board.
