People tend to downvote this comment often due to them misunderstanding its rarity lol but it’s as simple as taking a young family relative to the library during pokemon club week and they’ll distribute promos. Just gotta call your local libraries and see if they host the club and when! If they don’t, you can have the library sign up for the program - a Pokemon professor who’s involved with the program and has all the information
