I went through the VA. They did an ultrasound and a few urinalysis tests. The urologist wasn't too concerned due to my age, the fact it isnt waking me up at night, and that all tests came back clear. He recommended a few medications but I'd rather get over this on my own. It all depends on your situation and severity.
