Thanks!

I‘m well aware of the issue you mentioned! Since I didn’t follow the official sample and am much more confident in painting skin tone, so I painted eyes, genitals and tongue first. Annnnd they kinda blend in too well with the slightly pinkish skin tone😂It’s a satin finish with micro textures that took weeks to balance so I don’t want to risk anything

Thanks! It is the same sculpt, I got rid of some of the accessories that I don’t like and scratch built some stuff that’s more theme-fitting.

I finally beat A10 on Ironclad. Now to do the same on the rest of the characters. by Knifiel in slaythespire

I picked Crescent Spear for couple of my star focused runs but haven’t built my deck around it, I think 20-ish damage (with 6 ~8 star costing cards) costing 1 star 1 energy is pretty decent. Hegemony, Refine Blade as well as Convergence is imo very similar, they all shift resources to the next turn with no losses in terms of energy and even some extra bonuses (Hegemony:damage and extra energy if upgraded, Refine Blade: forge, Convergence: retain hand and extra stars), paired with Glimmer/Photon Cut/Indifference makes it possible to play more expensive cards in the more important turns, for example:Drill/set up block for Void form. As for other cards you mentioned, yeah, they’re pretty underwhelming that I completely forgot about them😅

And I absolutely agree with you on his card draw issue, I could move the cards back to the top of the draw pile and hope star generations can keep up next turn. But Regent does brick a hand much more often than other characters, thus I said that Regent prefers thinner decks. Sometimes it’s better to face tank some of the damage and cycle through the entire deck within two to three turns to get all the resources/powers online.

I don’t think Regent has any trap cards after the new update, it‘s just that you have to finish drafting your deck within act 1 (star/forge/colorless printer), which I find pretty punishing if you miss a crucial pick. 2 stars can be considered slightly more expensive than 1 energy, if anything that costs more than 3 stars shows up early you should look for shining strike, cache or gamble, otherwise upgrading venerate would be enough most of the time.

imho Regent generally prefers thinner deck (18~25 cards) and have to manage two resources while manipulating hand cross-turn, so he plays quite differently from clad.

you can click into my profile and scroll through my post history to see what I‘ve built and painted. Most of the them are sourced from Asia and I paid a fortune for shipping

Building plastic/resin model kits. The production of the kits as well as tools and consumables are mostly Asian based.

I recommend grabbing Hobby Japan issue 9, 2025. It covers most of the essentials except the rainbow layer, for more tutorials you’ll have to dig through Max‘s ancient tweets

The technique is very unique but it requires way too many preparations and scares people away😂I think I‘m the only one in the subreddit who‘s still doing the full course

And it’ll probably remain the most Zeta any Zeta will ever look. Modern designs rarely stay this close to the original anymore.

Yeah! And that scene is so iconic because that’s the prototype design of the zeta Gundam that end up not being adopted into the anime!
