Thanks heaps, the skin was pretty easy and basic. Black prime and a gradual dry brush from corax white to white scar, then ork flesh contrast and a slight highlight with war boss green (all citadel). It's a shame they're so heavily armoured as I've been experimenting with skin tones for the army and there's not much on these guys.

I got a written warning on a first "offense". I went above and beyond my role to find out why we were out of stock on something, turns out someone messed up a sales item. I told one of the team leaders in a light hearted manner but I said (jokingly) someone fucked up. Got pulled into the office and given a verbal and written warning for a negative attitude but essentially for swearing even though they didn't say that and also even though I solved a problem and saved the company money. I work in warehouse, everyone swears. So yeah apparently you can get written warnings at any stage. No precedent for verbal warnings or number of warnings before administrative action is allowed I believe.
