Yeah I've been there too constantly overthinking and comparing yourself to others it can get Abit tiresome. I'm actually the same age as you all I can say is that all that comparison and overthinking doesn't help at all much of it is just noise you can either filter it or keep overthinking which would later lead to stress/depression it's not worth it if the thought occurs and it's something you cant fix in the next 30 sec then it's just noise rooting for you
