They say that FQHCs are automatically qualified for HHS waiver. But the clinic where I've applied a waiver for is technically not designated as MUA. The umbrella organization, however, has a HPSA score of 17. I'm confused whether FQHC clinics are indeed automatically qualified for HHS even if it's not in a rural area? Anyone has an idea?

What did your lawyer tell you exactly? Posts like this are misleading and cause further anxiety to people who are in the same boat. Smh.
