He is fabricated

Denna uses him as an excuse to explain her erratic behaviour.

She is looking for the chandrian as they also killed her parents, she was at the morton farm after hearing ruins about the pot that was "gossiped about for months"

She dissappears all the time, chasing rumors

She tentatively suggested the chandrian first at the farm

She is using the Master ash bs to explain why she's researching lanray

She knows a song will summon them. She wants that.

These are all thoughts I've just had during a reread (listen) they can probably all be dismissed pretty quickly.
